We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Development Consultant to develop various training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis.

· Design the curriculum.

· Define learning outcomes and course structure.

· Develop session plans and practical learning activities.

· Design the assessment framework.

· Conduct pilot delivery and refine the curriculum.

· Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.

· Work closely with the management to align the curriculum with Brookinton's vision.

Requirements

· 4–6 years of experience in Curriculum Development, Corporate L&D;, Employability Skills, Business Communication, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training.

· Experience in designing training programs or certification courses.

· Excellent curriculum design, facilitation, and communication skills.

· Experience working with colleges, universities,



or corporate learning environments is preferred.

Qualification: Master's Degree in HR, Management, Education, English, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Position: Curriculum Development Consultant

Type: Project-Based Consultancy | Duration: 10–12 Weeks | Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
