Company Description: Brookinton Solutions Private Limited is a skilled training and skill development company focused on employability, communication, and career readiness programs.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Curriculum Development Consultant to develop various training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis.

· Design the curriculum.

· Define learning outcomes and course structure.

· Develop session plans and practical learning activities.

· Design the assessment framework.

· Conduct pilot delivery and refine the curriculum.

· Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.

· Work closely with the management to align the curriculum with Brookinton's vision.

Requirements

· 4–6 years of experience in Curriculum Development, Corporate L&D;, Employability Skills, Business Communication, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training.

· Experience in designing training programs or certification courses.





· Excellent curriculum design, facilitation, and communication skills.

· Experience working with colleges, universities, or corporate learning environments is preferred.

Qualification: Master's Degree in HR, Management, Education, English, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
