CTC: ₹24 Lakhs p.a. ABOUT THE CSR CELL The CSR Cell is an independent unit within the University, dedicated to building structured corporate social responsibility partnerships with companies, foundations, and industry bodies. The Cell focuses on channeling CSR funding into scholarships, skill development programs, and employability initiatives that benefit students — particularly those from underserved and economically weaker communities.

The Cell operates with full autonomy, managing its own outreach, proposals, compliance, and impact measurement — functioning as a skilled fundraising and partnership unit embedded within the University ecosystem. ROLE PURPOSE To lead the University's CSR Cell — setting fundraising strategy, building senior corporate relationships, and securing major CSR funding for student scholarship and skill development programs. This is the most senior role in the CSR Cell and is responsible for the Cell's overall performance and revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set and execute the annual CSR fundraising strategy for the University's CSR Cell

Identify, approach, and close high-value CSR partnerships with corporates, MNCs, PSUs, and family foundations

Build and sustain C-suite and CSR Head-level relationships across priority industries

Lead the development of CSR proposals, funding pitches, and RFP responses

Represent the University at national CSR summits, industry chambers, and impact investment forums

Manage, guide, and performance-review all CSR Cell team members

Ensure all CSR partnerships comply with Companies Act 2013 Section 135 and associated reporting requirements

Develop multi-year partnership frameworks and drive donor retention and renewal

Work with Accounts, Legal, and Academic teams on MoU execution, fund utilization, and reporting





Report quarterly CSR Cell performance to University leadership with pipeline and impact metrics QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

MBA / Postgraduate in Social Sector Management, Business Administration, or related field

8–12 years of experience in CSR, institutional fundraising, development sector, or corporate partnerships

Demonstrated track record of independently closing CSR or philanthropic funding of ₹1 Crore or more

Strong working knowledge of Companies Act 2013 Section 135 (CSR mandate and compliance)

Familiarity with Social Stock Exchange (SSE), GuideStar, IRR Rating, or AVPN frameworks is an advantage

Prior experience in an educational institution, university, or social impact organization strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to build and manage a professional team of 4–6 members KEY SKILLS Senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management with corporate executives

Strategic CSR proposal writing and pitch structuring

CSR regulatory knowledge — Companies Act 2013, Schedule VII, CSR-2 reporting

Financial planning and budget structuring for scholarship and skill programs

Public speaking, negotiation, and boardroom presentation skills

Team leadership, performance management, and mentoring

CRM pipeline management and forecasting KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS 01] Annual CSR fundraising target met (₹5 Crore+ per year)

02]10+ new corporate CSR partnerships signed per academic year

03] Minimum 3 multi-year (2+ year) partnership agreements in place

04] Donor retention rate of 85% or above year-on-year
