We are seeking a CSM Developer with expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and support. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Functional knowledge and at least one implementation of the CSM module in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on development experience with SOAP & RESTful APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, and other ServiceNow components.
- Experience in multiple integrations of ServiceNow with monitoring tools.
- Understanding of ServiceNow instance upgrades and patching (preferred but not mandatory).
- Practical experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and Service Portal.




- 1-2 years of experience in ServiceNow support roles (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, and client scripts for ServiceNow development.
- Ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend continuous service improvements.
- Functional understanding of NOW Experience UI Framework and JMS integrations.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Machine Learning and Predictive Intelligence capabilities.

Certifications (Preferred):

- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)
