- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 3+ years of project management experience in security, cryptography, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, AES, ECC) and protocols.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira or MS Project.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (FIPS, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA) and security tools (PKI, KMS, HSM).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
