Role Description This full-time, in office Cross Border Tech Compliance Advisor role is based in Daloda. The advisor will monitor and assess technology-related activities and projects to ensure compliance with applicable cross-border regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing system designs and workflows for regulatory alignment, advising internal teams on compliance implications of new products or features, and preparing documentation to support audits and regulatory filings. The role will collaborate with legal, IT, and operations teams to identify compliance risks, implement mitigation measures, and maintain clear policies and procedures. The advisor will also track regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions, deliver training on compliance requirements, and support incident response when potential breaches or non-compliance issues arise.

Qualifications

- Ability to interpret and apply cross-border technology, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations,



and translate them into practical guidance for product and operations teams.
- Experience in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and internal control implementation within a technology-driven or regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, policies, and audit-ready records.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across legal, IT, and business functions and provide clear, concise advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, information technology, business, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance, data protection, or information security are an advantage.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting while managing multiple priorities.
