Responsibilities/:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

- Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Implement and optimize customer relationship management strategies, processes, and tools.

- Responsible for execution and maintenance of all documentation from booking through possession/registration.

- Coordinate payment schedules and follow up with customers on due, pending, and milestone-based payments to ensure timely collections.

- Prepare and provide necessary documentation, MIS reports, and updates to management.

- Manage interactions and coordination with cross-functional teams and channel partners related to CRM and Sales.





- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during both pre and post sales

- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
