- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Execute customer engagement & retention campaigns.
- Manage and maintain CRM database.
- Track CRM performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams. ✅ REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- 1–2 years of CRM / customer service / sales support experience
- Solid analytical, communication & Excel skills
