CRM Developer – Odoo

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled CRM Developer – Odoo to join our Emerging Technologies team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP/CRM applications while ensuring high-quality coding standards and seamless business process integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP/CRM applications following industry best practices.

Develop scalable and integrated business solutions using the Odoo framework.

Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.





Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new modules based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of Odoo applications.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer.

Strong knowledge of the Odoo Framework.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), object modeling, and relational databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Passion for software development and continuous learning.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good written and reading communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

Experience contributing to Open Source projects.

Interest in Enterprise Application Development.

Techno-functional understanding of business processes.

Working knowledge of Linux and GitHub.

Experience with Odoo customization, module development, workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations will be an added advantage.
