Role Description The Crew Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and coordinating crew assignments for marine operations. The role includes maintaining crew schedules, ensuring timely crew changes, and updating crew records and documentation.

Coordinator will communicate with crew members, vessels, and relevant departments to confirm availability, travel arrangements, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position involves supporting training initiatives,



monitoring certification validity, and assisting with onboarding processes.
