? We're Hiring | CREO Cabling Harness Engineers

? Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad

? Contract Duration: 6 Months

?‍? Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities & Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of sheet metal component design, material selection, and thickness selection.

✅ Hands-on experience in:

- CREO Electrical Harness Modeling
- Windchill – Electrical Harness Installation (EHI)
- Electrical Fitting Installation (EFI)

✅ Ability to:
- Independently handle subsystem and vehicle-level electrical harness modeling.
- Interpret electrical schematics and apply them during harness routing.
- Perform wire bundle calculations.
- Select connectors, conduits, protection systems, and related components.
- Define mounting concepts for subsystems considering manufacturing constraints and failure modes.
- Perform weight assessment of assemblies and installations.
- Analyze manufacturing non-conformities and propose design solutions.
- Integrate manufacturing requirements and perform dimensional stack-up analysis.
- Define fasteners and joint designs.
- Perform basic calculations for screwed assemblies.





Technical Knowledge ✔ Good understanding of materials and mechanical characteristics.

✔ Solid knowledge of GD&T; and drawing standards (ASME, DIN, EN, ISO, MIL, SAE & DO).

✔ Experience in creating and validating 3D & 2D models using CREO Cabling and Windchill PLM.

✔ Knowledge of electrical components is preferred.
