Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Visualizer cum Post Producer with a robust background in production houses, films, and non-fiction content. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing creative ideas and managing the complete post-production process, from editing supervision to final packaging and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Visualization

Develop creative concepts, visual treatments, mood boards, and presentation decks for non-fiction content. Collaborate with producers, directors, writers, and editors to create compelling visual narratives. Translate creative briefs into engaging visual concepts and storytelling formats. Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across projects.

Post Production

Management

Oversee the complete post-production workflow from offline edit to final packaging. Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, animators, colorists, sound designers, and other post-production vendors. Review edits and provide creative and technical feedback to ensure high-quality output.

Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and post-production schedules. Ensure smooth execution of graphics, VFX, sound design, color grading, and final mastering.



Handle content packaging and final delivery as per platform and broadcast requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in a production house, film, digital media, or broadcast environment. Strong experience in non-fiction content such as reality shows, documentaries, factual entertainment, branded content, or digital formats. Proven experience managing end-to-end post-production processes, including final packaging and delivery.

Strong visual storytelling and creative conceptualization skills. Understanding of editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience working on OTT, television, digital, or broadcast content. Familiarity with post-production software and workflows. Strong network of post-production professionals and vendors.
