Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, color grading, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop concepts, refine scripts, and deliver high-quality video assets on schedule.

Editor will also optimize videos for different platforms, maintain organized project files,



and stay updated on trends and best practices in video and digital content.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute end-to-end Video Production, including pre-production, shooting coordination, and post-production workflows.
- Strong Video Editing skills using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, engaging visuals that align with brand identity.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics for intros, titles, lower thirds, and social media content.
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; experience in health, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
