Role Description The Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves developing performance-driven creative strategies for digital campaigns, collaborating with marketing, design, and copy teams to craft compelling concepts aligned with brand objectives.

The Creative

Strategist will analyze audience insights, market trends, and campaign data to inform creative direction, optimize ad performance, and guide the creation of assets for social, search, and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include briefing and reviewing creative work, refining messaging and visual approaches, and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints. The role also requires close coordination with performance marketing specialists to test variations, iterate based on results, and support client presentations and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated strength in Creative Strategy and Creative Direction, with the ability to translate performance goals into clear,



actionable creative concepts.
- Experience in Brand Strategy and Writing, ensuring consistent brand narratives, impactful messaging, and clear communication across all digital assets.
- Strong Research skills, including audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and insight generation to inform campaign strategy and creative direction.
- Proven experience in performance marketing environments, working closely with media and analytics teams to optimize creatives based on data.
- Solid understanding of social media, digital advertising formats, and content best practices across major platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced agency setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in leading discussions with internal teams and clients.
