Role Description The Creative Producer will manage the end-to-end execution of projects, from initial concept and brief to final delivery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating video and photo shoots, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring creative outputs align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Requirements:

Lead the production process for campaigns across video, digital platforms.

Strong Communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and transparent project documentation.

Define and enforce production schedules, workflows,



and timelines from pre-production to delivery.

Oversee the data backup of shoot and delivery to the concerned

Should possess Video Production skills, including planning, coordination of shoots, and oversight of post-production workflows.

Approve vendor invoices and production-related payments in coordination with Finance, ensuring alignment with agreed budgets and internal compliance procedures.

Project Management skills to handle timelines, resources, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.

Relevant skills such as creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Prior experience in multimedia production, advertising, or creative agencies is beneficial.

A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
