Role Description The Creative Group Head is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the creative vision and output across campaigns and brand initiatives. This role oversees concept development, storytelling, and visual articulation for digital and offline marketing, ensuring consistent and compelling brand communication.

Day-to-day work includes guiding creative strategies, reviewing and refining design and copy, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and business teams, and presenting ideas and campaigns to stakeholders.

Head manages and mentors a multidisciplinary creative team, sets quality standards, and ensures timely delivery of projects that drive user engagement and partner success. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, experimenting with new formats, and championing a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills,



with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns.
- 4+ years of experience in Branding, including development and maintenance of brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design fundamentals and collaboration with designers to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading, mentoring, and scaling creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in advertising, digital marketing, or consumer tech, with a portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Copy Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
