About the Role Creative Director - ART We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Creative Director - ART to lead creative vision and digital campaign execution for a diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving creative excellence, collaborating with clients to understand business objectives, and leading internal teams to deliver impactful, insight-driven digital campaigns.

This role is highly client-facing and requires strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead creative discussions, pitches, and campaign planning.

Note: Candidates must have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency. Key Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy for digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, websites, content marketing, video, and integrated campaigns.

Attend client meetings to understand business objectives, marketing challenges, and campaign requirements.

Present creative concepts, campaign strategies, pitch decks, and digital solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Translate client briefs into clear creative directions for design, copy, video, and performance marketing teams.

Collaborate with Account Management, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, and Design teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

Review and approve creative assets to ensure brand consistency, quality,



and effectiveness across all digital platforms.

Guide the team in creating engaging digital content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Mentor and inspire creative professionals while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.

Participate in new business pitches, proposal development, and strategic presentations.

Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, platform updates, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital technologies to bring innovative ideas to clients.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining creative excellence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Proven experience managing client relationships and leading creative presentations.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, branding, paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.

Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Video Editors, and Digital Marketers.

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and marketing performance.

Strong understanding of campaign planning, digital trends, and platform best practices.

Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
