About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director – Motion Design to lead our visual storytelling and motion design efforts. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics to drive impactful brand communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements - Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations,



and video content - Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery - Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors - Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language - Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies - Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients Required Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics, storytelling, and campaign work - Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling - Experience managing and mentoring creative teams - Strong communication and presentation skills
