Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Creative

Designer will develop and execute visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product communication, and brand collateral across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, designing marketing material, supporting web and social media creatives, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product,



and leadership teams to translate business objectives into clear, engaging visual designs, while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

2–4 years of relevant experience (agency, in-house brand team, or fintech/BFSI preferred)

A strong portfolio showcasing both static design work and video editing samples (mandatory to apply)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing (mandatory)

Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics (preferred)

Understanding of print design specifications (CMYK, bleed, DPI) for offline collateral

Basic shooting/mobile videography skills is a plus

Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
