About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Course Content Writer who can create engaging and practical course material for our e-commerce learning programs. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and actionable learning content.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for creating educational content around topics such as Amazon selling, e-commerce business operations, product research, marketplace strategies, and other related areas.

- Research, write, and develop comprehensive course content for e-commerce-related topics.
- Create structured course modules, lessons, scripts, assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Develop beginner-friendly and advanced learning material for aspiring online sellers.
- Create case studies, examples, checklists, templates, and step-by-step guides.
- Write content around Amazon selling, product listing, product research, sourcing, order management, and marketplace growth strategies.





Required Skills

- Ensure content is accurate, practical, and aligned with current e-commerce trends.
- Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to create high-quality learning experiences.
- Review, edit, proofread, and improve existing course content.
- Conduct market research to keep course material updated and valuable for learners.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.
- Experience in content writing, course creation, educational content, or related fields.
- Strong research skills with the ability to understand and explain business concepts.
- Ability to convert complex information into simple, engaging, and actionable content.
- Good understanding of e-commerce concepts and online marketplaces.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and content research tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, instructional design, or e-commerce content creation.
- Experience creating online courses, training materials, or educational resources.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, online marketplaces, digital marketing, or social media marketing will be preferred.
- Experience writing content for entrepreneurs, business owners, or online sellers will be an added advantage.
