Job Roll:

- Opening Procedures:

- Arriving on time and preparing the counter/workspace.

- Checking inventory levels and restocking as needed.

- Ensuring the counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.

- Powering on and preparing any necessary equipment (POS systems, computers, etc.).

- Customer Interaction:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service.

- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products or services.

- Answering customer questions and providing product information.





- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally.

- Sales and Promotion:

- Upselling and cross-selling products or services.

- Promoting special offers or discounts.

- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and product information.

- Inventory Management:

- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.

- Receiving and stocking recent inventory.

- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
