Position: Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) – Plant Costing

Location: Boranada, Jodhpur (On- Site Full Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to strengthen our Plant Finance & Costing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating product costing, monitoring manufacturing costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and providing reliable cost information to support operational and strategic decision-making.

The role requires close coordination with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Finance teams to ensure the integrity of plant cost data and adherence to standard costing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate and monitor product costing, BOMs, and routing to ensure accurate product cost calculation.
- Reconcile physical production with SAP production data and investigate any variances.
- Verify store issues, material consumption, and inventory transactions for costing accuracy.
- Review actual manufacturing costs and perform detailed variance analysis against standard costs.
- Monitor raw material, labour, and overhead costs to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and analyze plant MIS reports, manufacturing cost reports, and operational performance dashboards.
- Ensure accurate month-end plant cost closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
- Work closely with Production, Stores, Purchase,



and Finance teams to improve cost control and reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities for the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and standard costing procedures.
- Assist management with cost analysis and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Eligibility & Experience

- Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing organization with exposure to Plant Costing and Plant Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Controlling (CO) Module is mandatory.
- Experience in the Utensils Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of plant MIS, manufacturing KPIs, and standard reporting formats.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
