As a dual-role Aesthetic Therapist and Cosmetologist, you will provide top-tier aesthetic and hair care solutions. You will evaluate client needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and operate advanced aesthetic machinery safely. Your goal is to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and client care.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Skin & Body Treatments

- HydraFacial: Perform deep-cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration treatments.
- Laser Hair Removal: Operate laser machinery safely across various skin and hair types.
- Body Cavitation: Use ultrasound cavitation machines for fat reduction and body contouring.
- Skin Solutions: Conduct chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and basic facial therapies.

Advanced Hair Care Services

- Hair Botox: Apply restorative treatments to repair damaged and frizzy hair.
- Keratin Treatments: Perform professional smoothing and straightening procedures.
- Scalp Therapies: Assess scalp health and recommend appropriate nourishing treatments.

Client Care & Salon Operations

- Consultations:



Analyze skin, body, and hair conditions to recommend target treatments.
- Cross-Selling: Suggest retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results.
- Hygiene Standards: Sanitize tools, clean machinery, and maintain a spotless workspace.
- Record Keeping: Track client treatment histories, settings used, and progress photos.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Certification: Licensed Cosmetologist, Aesthetic Therapist, or CIDESCO/CIBTAC diploma holder.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating aesthetic machinery.
- Technical Skill: Proven expertise in Laser, HydraFacial, Cavitation, and chemical hair treatments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and a welcoming qualified demeanor.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain physical dexterity during treatments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
