Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cosmetics Sales Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable premium cosmetics products.

Responsibilities include explaining product benefits and usage, demonstrating products when appropriate, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Cosmetics Sales

Executive will manage daily sales activities, handle billing, maintain product displays, and support inventory checks. The role also includes meeting sales targets, collecting customer feedback,



and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in achieving targets and handling in-person product consultations.
- Basic product knowledge or interest in cosmetics, skincare, and wellness, with a willingness to learn detailed product information.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional presentation and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work in office in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, including weekends or extended hours as required by retail operations.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and product display standards, ensuring an organized and appealing store environment.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in cosmetics, retail, or healthcare product sales is preferred but not mandatory.
