About the Role

Deliver instructor-led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training programs for corporate professionals.

Facilitate practical learning through case studies, workshops, and real-world business scenarios.

Mentor participants on Lean Six Sigma projects and certification readiness.

Develop and enhance course content aligned with industry best practices.

Support organizations in driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (online/classroom) on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt concepts and methodologies.

Create, review, and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and hands-on exercises.

Guide learners through DMAIC projects, providing coaching and feedback throughout the learning journey.

Assess learner performance, address queries, and ensure high training quality and participant satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to customize training programs based on business requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

PeopleCert Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory).

4–10 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma,



Project Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer or Technical Trainer is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Robust expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, Lean tools, and continuous improvement practices.

Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring abilities with strong classroom management skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging learning experiences.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual training platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.). Experience

4–10 years of relevant industry and/or corporate training experience.

Experience delivering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification programs.

Hands-on involvement in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Exposure to cross-functional projects across diverse industries is preferred.

Experience mentoring certification candidates and reviewing improvement projects.
