Position Purpose The Corporate Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the physical security of the organization by protecting its people, assets, brand, and information. The role leads a team of security professionals responsible for security risk assessments, asset protection, access control, security investigations, audits, and safeguarding all sites. The position works closely with management and key stakeholders to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Security Planning & Risk Assessment

- Develop and implement security strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.

Policy Development & Compliance

- Review, update, and implement security policies and procedures across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

Physical Security Management

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of physical security measures for facilities, employees, and company assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external security partners to strengthen site security.

Incident & Crisis Management

- Establish and maintain incident response procedures.




- Coordinate with government agencies and internal teams during security incidents and support business recovery and continuity activities.

Security Systems

- Review, maintain, and upgrade security systems and technologies as per corporate guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives.

Budget Management

- Manage the annual security operating budget (OPEX) covering manpower and security assets.
- Prepare and obtain approval for capital expenditure (CAPEX) related to security improvement projects.

Liaison & Investigations

- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to investigate security issues, file complaints with relevant authorities, and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Emergency Response Plan

- Develop, implement, and regularly test emergency response plans for different scenarios to ensure the safety of employees and organizational assets.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Qualified certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CFE will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 13+ years of corporate security experience in relevant industries like IT, ITES, Tech Center.
- Candidates with a defence or armed forces background will be preferred.
