- Align manpower requirements with the organizational objectives
- Ensure positions are closed against approved manpower and the budget allocated
- Sourcing through Social Media
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes along with the required department
panel / HR business partners
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process
- Manage the MIS & Reporting requirements for the team / department
- Open for Field Visit once in a Quarter
- Manage TA transactions related to various follow ups
- Ensure effective engagement with candidates upto their joining
- Provide smooth recruitment experience to candidates during various stages of recruitment
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years to 7 years of experience in Field Talent Acquisition
- Language Preferences: Candidate fluent in English/Hindi + Kannada/Tamil
- Industry BFSI (preferably from NBFC OR Microfinance)
