Role Highlights:

- Insurance & Regulatory Advisory: Advise insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries on IRDAI regulations and compliance.

- Corporate Transactions: Assist in M&A;, joint ventures, and strategic alliances in the insurance sector.

- Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate insurance contracts, distribution agreements, and related documentation.

- Policy & Product Review: Support clients in reviewing and structuring insurance products and distribution models.

- Client Engagement: Work closely with insurers, corporates, and regulators to provide practical and commercially sound legal solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

- Lawyer with around 4 years of experience (SA level) in corporate insurance or general corporate practice with exposure to insurance.





- Robust understanding of the insurance regulatory framework (IRDAI) preferred.

- Educational background: LLB from a reputed law school.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the insurance and regulatory practice.
