To support the execution of Corporate Finance mandates including M A capital raising and strategic advisory projects by conducting in-depth research analysis and project coordination Support the team in executing Corporate Finance mandates including M A transactions private placements and other advisory assignments Conduct comprehensive industry research and prepare market intelligence reports Analyse company financials including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Build and update financial models valuation analyses DCF comparables precedent transactions Assist in drafting investor presentations pitch books and marketing materials Coordinate due diligence processes by liaising with clients legal advisors auditors and other stakeholders Track transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables Prepare internal memos deal documentation and support project documentation filing Opportunity to grow within a globally recognized institutionExposure to end-to-end deal execution in a high-performance environment 1 - 3 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking transaction advisory or a related field Prior experience working on live deals is advantageous India deal experience preferred Globally recognised corporate and investment bank Prospect to grow within a globally recognised institution Exposure to end-to-end deal execution in a high-performance investment banking workplace
