Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality backend services using Java and Springboot
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate features and ensure seamless user experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall architecture of the system
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of services
- Develop and maintain complex data models, ensuring scalability and performance
- Analyze and resolve issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and ensure code quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies,
providing recommendations for improvement
- Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge with the broader team
Requirements
- 6–8 years of Core Java backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
- Solid hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
- Must have implemented Microservices in production (not just conceptual knowledge or maintenance).
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Experience working with any SQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience building scalable backend applications and writing clean, maintainable code.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization techniques
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science principles
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, such as React or Angular
- Certifications in Java or Springboot development
