We're Plan A, a digital marketing agency in Pune. We write copy that sounds like a person wrote it, not a brand guidelines document. If you can slide between English and Marathi without either sounding forced, we want to talk to you.

The role, honestly:

You'll be writing real copy for real clients — captions, ad lines, scripts, product descriptions, the works. Some of it in English, some in Marathi, sometimes both for the same brand. You won't just be fetching coffee and formatting docs — you'll actually write, get edited, get told why, and get better. Six months is enough time to actually build a portfolio here, not just shadow one.

What you'll actually be doing

- Writing captions, ad copy, and scripts in English and Marathi that don't read like they were translated
- Adapting tone across brands — a bank doesn't sound like a bakery, and you'll get why
- Researching trends, slang, and what's actually being said online in both languages, not just what's "correct"
- Sitting in on brainstorms and pitching lines, even the bad ones — that's how you find the good ones
- Proofreading and tightening other people's drafts too, not just your own
- Building an actual portfolio of shipped work over the 6 months, not just practice pieces

What we're looking for





- Genuinely comfortable writing in both English and Marathi — this isn't a "conversational Marathi" ask, we need you to actually write it well
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in anything — we care about your writing, not your major
- Available for the full 6 months — we're investing time in training you, so we're looking for people who can commit to seeing it through
- You read stuff. Instagram captions, ads, memes, books, whatever — you notice valuable writing when you see it
- Open to feedback without taking it personally — every writer gets edited, that's the job
