Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers who contribute to iNetz Technologies’ training programs and community initiatives. In this role, the coordinator organizes volunteer schedules, assigns responsibilities, and ensures clear communication between volunteers, trainers, and internal teams. Daily tasks include conducting orientation and training sessions for volunteers, tracking participation, maintaining accurate records, and addressing questions or concerns promptly.

The coordinator also helps plan and execute community outreach activities, promotes volunteer opportunities through suitable channels, and gathers feedback to improve the volunteer experience. Collaboration with management and program leads is expected to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals and service quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard,



and support volunteers.

Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, provide clear guidance, and resolve issues constructively.

Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Community Outreach to engage partner organizations, educational institutions, and local communities.

Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple volunteer activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidates should possess proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms) to manage remote coordination effectively.

Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting; prior experience in volunteer coordination, education, or nonprofit initiatives is an advantage.
