The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do: At AMS, talent is our world—and now, we're expanding that world with a fresh perspective. We are hiring for Coordinators. The Admin - coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators aim to find the best talent in the market.

- Manage account-specific activities, including:

a) CV screening and requisition management b) Interview scheduling and help desk support c)



Candidate checklist management and candidate care d) Updating applicant tracking systems e) Offer management and onboarding
- Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth recruitment operations.
- Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., preemployment screening providers), and other stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed of relevant processes and updates.
- Manage day-to-day queries related to assigned responsibilities, ensuring timely resolution and escalation

when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Skills & Requirements

- 1 -3 years of work experience in recruitment administration activities.
- Exposure to global stakeholder management.
- Flexibility to work from office and in shifts across APAC/EMEA/US regions.
- Effective English business communication skills (written and oral); additional client-specific languages as

required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
