Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part time remote role responsible for organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across Anuyat’s initiatives. This role involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring volunteers have clear guidance and resources to perform their tasks effectively.

The coordinator will deliver and refine volunteer training materials, communicate regularly with volunteers to address questions or concerns, and promote a positive and inclusive volunteer experience. Day-to-day activities include maintaining volunteer records, tracking participation, collaborating with internal teams to identify volunteer needs, and assisting with community outreach activities where volunteers contribute. The role also includes monitoring program effectiveness, providing feedback to stakeholders, and suggesting improvements to volunteer management processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong volunteer management and volunteer training skills, including the ability to organize,



guide, and support diverse volunteer groups.
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build relationships, provide clear instructions, and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in community outreach and engagement, helping connect volunteers with meaningful initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Relevant experience in coordinating volunteers, community programs, or non-profit activities is beneficial.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic proficiency in office and communication software is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in social work, community development, management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
