Key Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC-based BOP systems, covering AHP, CHP, and Water Complex.
- Hands-on experience in Allen Bradley (Rockwell), SIEMENS, GE Fanuc & Honeywell Systems.
- Proficient in PLC logic development, modification, SCADA configuration, and system backups.
- Troubleshoot communication issues, interface problems between PLC and DCS systems.
- Lead instrumentation upgradation and logic optimization projects across BOP areas.
- Ensure high system availability and reliability of PLC-based systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Prepare technical documentation, MOC, interlock logic, and ensure adherence to site safety norms.
- Train and guide field engineers for independent handling of system faults and logic analysis.

Required Skills & Expertise:-





- In-depth knowledge of PLC System including BOP Instrumentation.
- Knowledge of SCADA integration, communication protocols (Modbus / Ethernet / OPC), and system networking.
- Experience in BOP system instrumentation AHP, CHP, and Water Complex.
- Ability to analyze plant process requirements and translate them into automation logic.

Educational Qualification:- B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Preferred Background:-

- Experience in 200 MW and above thermal power plants.
- Experience as Area In-charge for BOP C&I; systems.
- Exposure to multi-vendor automation systems and integration with DCS.
