Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, program, troubleshoot, maintain, and update PLC and PLC-based systems using the Codey's development platform.
- Analyze functional requirements and convert them into PLC programs.
- Implement interlocks and safety mechanisms in Electrical and Energy Management Systems.
- Produce and maintain wiring diagrams and control schematics SLD in AutoCAD.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in application development, systems integration, testing,
and troubleshooting of PLC and HMIDCS using the Codey's development platform.
- Experience with Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, or Delta platforms is beneficial.
- Understanding of standard notations used in electrical systems and ladder programming notations.
- Experience in handling industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet IP, DNP3, etc.
- Experience in setting up and integrating with OPC Server and OPC Client.
- Interfacing and control of field equipment like VFDs, Relays, Contactors, and Actuators.
- Interfacing and reading of sensors like voltage, current, energy, temperature, level, etc.
