Role Summary Manage contracts from drafting to execution, ensuring legal compliance, minimizing risks, and supporting business teams in closing agreements efficiently.

Qualifications

- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial contract management.
- Robust understanding of Indian contract law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Exposure to CLM tools is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Support commercial agreements across business functions.
- Identify and manage contractual risks.

Contract Lifecycle Management

- Coordinate internal approvals and contract execution.




- Track renewals, expiries, obligations, and key dates.
- Maintain contract records and version control.
- Manage contracts through the CLM system.

Repository & Reporting

- Maintain a centralized contract repository.
- Generate contract-related reports and dashboards.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Provide practical legal support on contract-related matters
- Escalate complex legal issues when required.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Support resolution of contract disputes, claims, and notices.
- Advise on risk mitigation measures

- Improve contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.
- Support legal technology and automation initiatives.
