Designation: Contracting Counsel Associate
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:1 to 3 years
What would you do? To provide legal support to Procurement and Business teams which may include drafting, reviewing, negotiation and execution of contracts, NDA??s and other documents relevant to sourcing process in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and customer requirements. Provide advisory support to procurement and business teams by driving the creation of templates, standardize the templates, maintain and continuously improve the standard contracts templates and procedures for complex buyside deals in accordance with changing laws and company policies. Develop specialized subject-matter expertise in support area to seamlessly address any potential risks or issues.
What are we looking for? Education
- University degree certifying the study of French law
Work Experience
? Relevant experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing is a plus
? Experience with the French legal environment and with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier agreements for French speaking countries is a plus
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Fluency in French and English in speaking and writing, including legal terminology and ability to read/understand/formulate legal documents
Experience and knowledge of the French legal environment regarding commercial contracts is a plus
Demonstrate promptness, accuracy, consistency, and drives tasks to closure
Able to work with internal and external teams to assist with day-to-day support and to understand delivery requirements
Demonstrate adaptability, positive & collaborative attitude, good interpersonal skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and organization skills

- Directly liaise with internal stakeholders on various issues and build credible and effective relationships with?the internal stakeholders as well as within the LBC team
- Address complex contract queries and matters regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identify risks and issues, suggest alternatives that lead to the best solutions. In this regard effectively manage the internal stakeholders such as deal teams, Solution Architects, Procurement, HR, Workplace, Finance, Marketing & Communications etc.
- Conduct gap analysis and create legal risk assessment by identifying and flagging potential risks to Accenture and/or clauses which are non-negotiable Provide recommendations to Business and other related stakeholders to sensitize them on the extent of risk Accenture exposes itself to in context of the services and to minimize or mitigate such risks effectively
