We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Executive, focusing on US markets manages, drafts, and negotiates legal agreements, client terms etc

Job Duties:-

Supplier Contract

Handle intake requests for new supplier contract.

Supervise the execution of contracts and compliance with contractual requirements to ensure all parties fulfill their obligation.

Review redlines and respond in accordance with SOP.

Analyze and approve supporting documents for supplier onboarding.

Client Contracts

Use existing contract templates and draft recent templates (including MSA, SOW, Amendments, Addendums, etc.

Coordinate with the company's legal team to ensure the contract satisfies legal requirements and interests.





Meet with the other party, such as a client and/or partner organization to negotiate the contract terms & conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Negotiation & Communication.

Expert communication skills, research, listening, and collaboration.

Ability to calmly and clearly articulate the company's position on T&C; in a contract during negotiation.

Help coworkers understand the meaning of T&C;, and the impacts of changes to them Analytics.

Read and understand contract terms & conditions, impact of redlines, correlation & conflicts of clauses within a contract.
