We are hiring experienced European Cuisine Chefs for a reputed hospitality client in Vietnam. Candidates with expertise in Continental and European dishes and experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine dining kitchens are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present European and Continental dishes

- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards

- Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations

- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies

- Ensure cleanliness and organized kitchen operations

Salary:



₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a European/Continental Chef

- Strong knowledge of European cuisine preparation

- Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or catering kitchens preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Basic English communication preferred

- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
