Position Summary

Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking passionate and skilled Commis I, Commis II, and Commis III Continental to support the preparation and presentation of high-quality Continental cuisine. The ideal candidates will assist in daily kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Experience Requirements

- Commis I: 3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine within a hotel, resort, or premium restaurant.

- Commis II: 2–4 years of experience in Continental cuisine within a hotel, resort, or premium restaurant.

- Commis III: 0–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine. Freshers with a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes.

- Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.

- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.





- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and the Continental section.

- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

- Minimize food wastage and assist in inventory control.

- Support buffet service, la carte operations, banquets, weddings, and special events.

- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production.

- Adhere to all resort SOPs, grooming standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.

- Professional culinary training is an added advantage.
