Role Overview

We're looking for a Content Writer (Intern) who can learn eCommerce deeply and write about it clearly. You'll own two things: the content that explains our products to the world, and the documentation that helps our merchants use them. This isn't a "churn out 20 blogs a month" role — it's a chance to genuinely understand how Indian D2C works and become the voice that explains it.

What You'll Do

- Write about what we build — turn real use cases across FlexyPass, FlexyCart, and Checkout into content merchants actually want to read
- Own our documentation — sit inside our merchant WhatsApp groups, spot the questions that keep repeating, and turn them into help docs that stop those questions before they're asked
- Turn docs into videos when it helps — some things are faster shown than written. You'll record short walkthroughs and explainers for merchants or for internal use, whenever a video does the job better than a page of text
- Research properly — every blog backed by real data, real merchant stories, and real understanding of the space. No fluff, no filler
- Learn eCommerce for real — checkout, conversion, RTO, COD,



AOV — you'll understand the levers Indian D2C brands actually pull
- Write for humans and for LLMs — content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI tools, without sounding like AI wrote it
- Keep internal knowledge tidy — process docs, playbooks, and internal wikis that stop knowledge living in people's heads

What We're Looking For

- Someone who genuinely writes well — clear, simple, no jargon, no padding
- Curiosity about eCommerce — you don't need experience, but you should want to understand how online stores actually make money
- Comfortable using AI tools to research and speed up — but the writing has to be yours. We care about original, well-researched content, not AI-generated filler
- Comfortable recording simple screen walkthroughs or explainer videos — you don't need editing skills or to be on camera, just the willingness to hit record and explain something clearly
- Self-driven — you can spot what needs writing without being told
- Comfortable in a fast, founder-led team where things change weekly
- Bonus: you've written for a blog, newsletter, or your own project. Show us anything you've written
