Job Title: Content Writer / Digital Content Specialist
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent command of English with a flair for writing for the internet.
- Effective writing style that is fresh, consistent, and customer-friendly.
- Robust editing and proofreading skills, with a good grasp of research techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in developing content for studies, whitepapers, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, and sales support materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Content Development:
- Develop and manage site content, including titles, keywords, meta descriptions, and on-page copy.
- Regularly update client blogs, ensuring SEO compliance and keyword research integration.
- Create unique, high-quality content for client websites, company properties, and newsletters.
- External Content & SEO:
- Develop press releases and articles for syndication.
- Manage end-to-end SEO submission and ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies.
- Implement social bookmarking strategies and write ad copies for PPC campaigns.
- Generate and analyze reports, using insights to fine-tune content and campaign strategies.
- Digital Asset Management:
- Write and post content across digital platforms including company websites and blogs.
- Maintain and moderate contributions to the website from external sources.
- Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Contribute to and update the company's social media profiles including Facebook and Twitter.
- Stay updated on best practices in web writing, social media trends, and web usability.
- Collaboration & Technical Coordination:
- Work with developers/IT staff to resolve technical challenges related to content display.
- Help develop and document content management procedures.
- Communication & Documentation:
- Coordinate creation and publishing of internal and external newsletters.
- Prepare internal and external communications such as announcements, press releases, tutorials, and case studies.
