Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

- Develop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.

- Own and manage the monthly content calendar across all marketing channels.

- Identify content opportunities around campaigns, product launches, customer insights, seasonal events, and business priorities.

- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.

Content Creation

- Create compelling content for social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, product pages, ad copies, WhatsApp campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.

- Write campaign messaging, CTAs, and storytelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

- Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content.

Video & Campaign Content

- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for reels, short-form videos, and brand campaigns.

- Create content supporting paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Support product launches, events, promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns with impactful content.

Influencer Marketing

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand and campaign objectives.

- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefs, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.

- Track campaign performance and optimize future collaborations based on insights and ROI.





SEO & Analytics

- Optimize website and blog content for SEO and search intent.

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

- Analyse engagement, website traffic, conversions, and content effectiveness.

- Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.

Brand Management

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual storytelling.

- Maintain high-quality content standards across all marketing channels.

- Act as the custodian of the company's brand identity in all communications.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing.

- Strong portfolio showcasing content across multiple digital channels.

Technical Skills

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Experience in Graphic creating and editing tools.

- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.

- Experience with AI content tools.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and analytics tools is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of paid digital marketing and content performance metrics.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
