About the Job

We're looking for someone who understands culture, consumer behavior, storytelling, and how brands earn attention. You will work directly with founders, marketers, designers, filmmakers, and AI specialists to build campaigns that people actually remember.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Taking complete ownership of deliverables
- Developing content strategies tailored to different client brands and industries.
- Conceptualizing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Creating monthly content calendars.
- Think beyond trends and create original, insight-driven ideas.
- Collaborating with designers, video editors, marketers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Ideation & creation of new strategies for brands, campaigns, social media Ads, etc
- Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
- Managing multiple client projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

What We're Looking For





- Enthusiasm to learn, build & grow
- Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments
- 2 years of agency experience preferred
- Practical experience managing brand communication across social media and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to understand different brand voices and create content accordingly.
- Experience running campaigns and managing brand communication
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Experience contributing to creative strategy and campaign ideation within a marketing or creative agency.
- Highly accountable and self-managed
