We’re looking for someone to own how Vibescapes shows up online.Not just someone who posts but someone who creates, plans, shoots, edits, grows communities, supports marketing campaigns, and builds a hospitality brand that people want to experience. You’ll report directly to the Founder and lead the content and social presence across Vibescapes, The Grove, and our portfolio of nine boutique resorts and villas across Maharashtra. This is a full-time remote (work-from-home) role, with regular travel to our properties for content creation.

Your Mission: Build a digital presence that drives awareness, engagement and, ultimately, bookings. What You’ll Own Content Production

Plan, shoot and edit high-quality content across the portfolio.

Create Reels, Stories, photography, YouTube Shorts and long-form content.

Travel to properties for scheduled content shoots.

Capture experiences, food, people, stays, events and seasonal campaigns.

Social Media

Management

Own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and future social platforms.

Build and execute monthly content calendars.

Ensure one consistent brand voice, visual identity and storytelling style across every handle.

Grow engaged communities—not just followers. Creative & Performance Marketing

Design and edit creative assets for Meta and Google Ads.

Produce campaign creatives, landing page visuals, banners and promotional graphics.

Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance through stronger creatives. Community & Brand

Respond to comments, DMs, mentions and reviews promptly and professionally.

Build genuine engagement with our audience.

Forward all booking enquiries and qualified leads directly to the Reservations Team, who will manage all guest communication and conversions. Collaborations & Partnerships

Identify and manage influencers, creators, photographers, chefs and brand collaborators.

Execute partnerships that generate measurable bookings and brand awareness.

Promote retreats, weddings, corporate offsites, wellness experiences and dining campaigns.



Analytics & Growth

Monitor insights across all platforms.

Identify trends and opportunities.

Continuously improve content based on data, engagement and campaign performance. What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or F&B; marketing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating content you’ve personally planned, shot and edited.

Excellent mobile videography and photography skills.

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent creative tools.

Understanding of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn and social analytics.

Solid copywriting and storytelling ability.

Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to travel regularly for content shoots.

Experience running influencer campaigns.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Drone videography.

₹60,000–₹70,000 per month (CTC), based on experience. Plus:
