About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Script Writer who lives on Instagram and YouTube, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn a business idea into a script that actually gets watched. You'll write reel scripts, PR copies, and captions across a range of client brands — and you'll always have one eye on what's trending.

This role is perfect for someone who's naturally curious, writes fast, and can switch tone from playful to professional depending on the brand

What You'll Do

- Write scripts for short-form video content Reels, YouTube Shorts) — hooks,
- storylines, and CTAs that keep people watching.
- Draft PR copies, press notes, and brand announcements in a clear, credible tone.
- Track trending audio, formats, and topics daily — and pitch how they can be
- adapted for different client brands.
- Write captions, post copy, and content calendars aligned with each brand's voice.
- Collaborate with the video and design team to bring scripts to life.




- Adapt tone and style across multiple sectors and client personalities — no two
- brands should sound the same.

What Success Looks Like

- Scripts are engaging, on-brand, and ready to shoot with minimal rework.
- Trending formats are spotted early and adapted quickly for relevant clients.
- Content consistently reflects each brand's unique voice — never generic or
- copy-pasted.

What We're Looking For

- Upto 1 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, social media, or PR
- (agency experience is a plus).
- A strong grip on short-form video storytelling — you understand pacing, hooks,
- and what makes content shareable.
- Comfortable researching and spotting trends across Instagram, YouTube, and
- other platforms.
- Excellent writing skills — able to write differently for different brands and
- audiences.
- A portfolio or writing samples (reels scripts, captions, PR copy, or similar) is a big
- plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline Mass Communication, Journalism, or English
- preferred but not required).
