Role Description The Content Manager is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. In this role, the Content Manager oversees end-to-end content planning, creation, and publishing across digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategic goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, briefing and coordinating with writers and designers, reviewing and editing content, and optimizing content for engagement and performance. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, using analytics to refine content strategies,



and maintaining clear documentation and guidelines for all content initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in content management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing content production across multiple channels.
- Solid writing and editing abilities, with a focus on clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate content.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and basic SEO principles for online content.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a similar content-focused role and familiarity with hybrid work environments will be considered an advantage.
