Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, strategy-driven Content Director to lead end-to-end creative strategies across our client portfolio. You will bridge brand storytelling and performance marketing—leading our creative team to produce high-impact social campaigns, short-form video, and ad creative.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Strategy: Build and execute multi-platform content roadmaps for diverse B2B and B2C client accounts.
- Creative Direction: Oversee short-form video production (Reels/TikTok), graphic design, and copy to maintain high editorial standards.
- Team Leadership:



Direct and mentor copywriters, designers, and video editors under fast-paced agency deadlines.
- Pitches & Growth: Lead creative pitching for prospective clients and present performance reviews to existing accounts.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign engagement and conversion data to refine content formats and scale ROI.

Requirements

- Proven portfolio of successful multi-channel social campaigns and short-form video strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative teams and interface directly with clients.
- Deep working knowledge of platform algorithms, trend cycles, and conversion copywriting.
