Your Role

- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including process documents, user guides ,data flow diagram and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain and organize content in our knowledge management system (Confluence), ensuring easy accessibility and discoverability.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate content accuracy across cross-functional teams.
- Regularly review and update documentation to maintain relevance, accuracy, and adhere to current standards and best practices.
- Focus on user experience by understanding the needs of target audiences and tailoring content for effectiveness and usability.
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality of knowledge resources.
- Set and achieve a onboarding plan for all technical documentation, aiming for a 100% completion rate within the first six months.
- Establish and promote documentation standards and style guides to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all technical content.





What You Will Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Arts or English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or knowledge management in a tech-focused setting.
- Exceptional ability to create clear, concise, and audience-tailored technical documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation and knowledge management platforms.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to incorporate user feedback to enhance content quality and usability.
